We enjoyed working with Mark. He understood the brief quickly, was constructive and creative, and had excellent html and css skills...

The Skills for Access project (The Comprehensive Guide to Creating Accessible Multimedia for e-learning) was funded over a two-year period by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) and Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) as one of 24 projects funded to develop and enhance learning and teaching for disabled students. It is an online resource providing informed, practical and pragmatic advice and information on multimedia, accessibility and learning.

I worked closely with the LDMU at Sheffield University to re-structure the content, design, and then build the site including a bespoke content management system which was used to organise the many different media resources that are available on the site, while maintaining the highest levels of accessibility and usability.

The site is no longer being updated but it's future direction is now being discussed.
